TIAMA EGYPT · BEDROOM PLANNING
Bedroom furniture in Egypt: choose a room that fits.
Start a bedroom with the things you need to use every day: a suitable bed, enough clothing storage and a clear route through the room. Choosing a matching look comes after checking dimensions, construction and the contents of each order. Tiama’s beds, wardrobes and bedside tables can be explored individually; a room photograph does not define a complete package.
Measure the bed frame, then plan the rest of the room
Write down the room’s clear dimensions, the position of the door and windows, and anything that must remain accessible. Mark the full bed footprint on the floor before choosing the wardrobe. A mattress size such as 160 × 200 is not a promise that the headboard and frame have the same outer dimensions. Ask for the overall length, width and height of the selected design.
Try the layout with doors and drawers open, including the room door and any balcony access. Put the bedside table at the position you will actually use, and check it beside the final mattress height. Keep sockets, switches and wardrobe access usable. Use the furniture-size guide for a room and delivery measurement checklist.
Open the bedroom measurement guideSolid wood, veneer and upholstery describe different components
In Tiama’s specifications, “massive wood” means solid timber for the part being described. A solid beech bed platform, a veneered wardrobe panel and an upholstered headboard have different constructions. Read the platform, headboard, structure, panel and veneer details separately. Do not use an oak or walnut colour name as proof of the underlying wood species.
Compare the exact material option you intend to order. Ask which components change when a different finish, veneer or size is selected, and confirm the sample before approval. For an upholstered bed, discuss the chosen fabric and colour as well as the headboard dimensions. A style label such as Japandi, Scandinavian or boho is a design direction; it is not a material specification.
Read the wood and veneer guideChoose wardrobe interiors and bed storage by function
Make a short inventory of what the wardrobe needs to hold: long hanging clothes, folded clothes, bags and frequently used items. Confirm the external width, height and depth together with the internal layout. Door and drawer positions matter as much as the overall width. A larger wardrobe is useful only if its storage and opening space work in your room.
For a bed with a possible storage mechanism, ask whether it is included in the chosen option or needs a separate quote. Confirm how it opens and what access it requires. Do not assume storage, a mattress, bedside tables, a mirror or dressing unit is included because those items appear in the same room image.
Explore wardrobe designsCompare a complete bedroom quote
Create a separate budget line for the bed, mattress if needed, each bedside table, wardrobe, optional storage and delivery. Compare the same dimensions, materials and included components between quotes. The new-apartment budget planner can hold your own confirmed figures without treating an unknown price as zero.
Some wardrobe prices are shown per square metre. A unit rate is not the full wardrobe price. Confirm the dimensions and the complete quote, including the selected interior fittings and any extras. There is no bedroom-package price in this guide: open each current product for its options and ask Tiama to confirm the final specification and total.

These are separate product examples for comparing construction, not a sold room set or a completed customer project. The summaries reflect the dated catalogue reference below. The individual product page and confirmed order specification take priority if details change.
Kamar Bed "Original"
The Kamar bed specification names solid beech for the platform and headboard, with hand-carved Oyma in the headboard description. Storage is an enquiry option with its cost to be confirmed.

Confirm delivery access and the final order together
Measure the entrance, lift, stairs, landings and route to the bedroom. Ask which parts arrive assembled and what installation is required for your selected pieces. Share access measurements with Tiama before approval. The standard published lead time is 40 calendar days, divided into 35 production days and 5 delivery days, unless a selected product states otherwise. Confirm the agreed timing and the delivery charge for your area.
